Echo’s team of developers has worked with complex hardware integrations with many clients, but none more complex than the integration into vehicle stack control centers. Through a partnership with VOXX Hirshman, we assisted their leadership group with core technology development and deployment of their mobile solutions. However, as our relationship with VOXX evolved, Echo became a valued strategic
partner and we have provided them with fully integrated long-term Product Development and Innovation. This intricate and highly technical project started with Echo engaged for technical feasibility and exploration of whether the technology could be developed. Working with engineers at Voxx, Ford and other vendors of the automotive industry, we were able to launch a full-feature application that transforms the experience of vehicle owners and passengers within vehicles.
With a relationship that spans several years, Echo has provided support for the launch of various apps including Ford Play. Through our partners at Voxx Automotive, Echo developed the Ford Play app experience for this automotive giant.
The innovative app was the first tool available in vehicles which can help you stream media from your mobile devices directly to the car’s monitors, or share content to other mobile devices located inside the vehicle.
