  • Echo’s team of developers has worked with complex hardware integration of mobile software for Fortune 500 clients. Through a partnership with VOXX International, we collaborated with their leadership group in core technology development and deployment of their mobile solutions. As our relationship with VOXX evolved, Echo became a valued strategic partner and we have provided them with fully integrated long-term Product Development and Innovation. With a relationship that spans several years, Echo has provided support for the launch of various apps for customers including Ford, GM, Nissan, and others.

  • Echo has expertise in project managing federal contracts as well as delivering custom software including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the USDA. We currently still maintain a USDA suite of apps.

  • The Florida Department of Transportation engaged Echo to understand the needs of the traveling public in the City of Orlando and the surrounding areas in order to develop an advanced system of technology tools to assist the public in optimizing their route and mode choices. The outcome of this project resulted in more advanced, smarter tools for the public to optimize their choices for public transportation throughout Orlando and the surrounding communities.

Carlos Carbonell - CEO / Founder
Rosana Silva - Project Management Director

Silva is an accomplished leader overseeing the Central Florida team of advanced technology software
engineers at Echo. With a focus on design, development, implementation, and support of custom
applications and software, she ensures the team delivers exceptional results. Silva excels in tracking
project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and desired outcomes. As a valued member
of the Leadership team, she actively contributes to company plans, goals, objectives, policies, and
procedures. Silva's expertise includes being a Certified Scrum Master and holding a Project
Management Professional (PMI) certification, showcasing her proficiency in agile methodologies and
project management best practices. She has an IT BS from University of San Francisco - Brazil.

Patrick Burke - VP of Strategy

Burke has been a senior leader in the telecommunication industry for over 25 years. He was Regional
Vice President (RVP) of Sales, Marketing, and Programming in numerous Time Warner Cable Divisions
throughout the country. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Burke has his law degree in
Intellectual Property Law studies. He has been awarded numerous Addy and Telly awards for his
campaigns with Bright House and Time Warner Cable. Throughout his career, he has been a
distinguished Marketing leader and frequent speaker in the Technology and Marketing communities. He
leads marketing, strategy and analysis.

Joe Fernandez - Product and Business Development Manager

Joe is a versatile professional at Echo, specializing in business and technology. With his expertise in
various technologies, including 3D products, visualizations, and ChatGPT, Joe plays a key role in crafting
strategic applications and solutions. He excels in developing code and content both for internal use and
client projects, showcasing his creativity and technical prowess. Joe is an agile coach and a graduate of
the University of Central Florida.

Philip Loeffel - Government Programs

Philip brings a wealth of experience to Echo's government division, having started his career in the space
industry, working on high-tech fault-tolerant software systems for renowned companies like NASA,
Siemens, and Harris Corporation. As the founder and former CEO of Objective Technical (later Riptide
Software), he successfully leveraged his expertise in defense and large software projects. Having exited
his company, Philip now plays a vital role at Echo, assessing program viability, feasibility, and resource
allocation to ensure optimal outcomes. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a
Master's degree in Computer Science.

Carbonell is a prominent leader in Central Florida's business, technology, and civic realms. As a
successful tech entrepreneur, he founded Echo Interaction Group, renowned for its mobile app projects
and AR-enabled app software platform. Carlos's achievements include awards such as the Don Quijote
Award and recognition as a Top App Developer Company in Orlando. He has been named among
Florida's 500 most influential business leaders, Orlando's 50 most powerful individuals, and recognized
as a top Hispanic business leader. He has past experience working with the US Army National Guard in
digital projects, USDA and VA tech projects. He leads product and business development, contracting
and client service.
